Auto Download files from Dropbox

1. I am using Win Xp SP2.

2. This does not support Dropbox Desktop application for sync.

3. I need an application coded, that will : -

(a) Connect to Dropbox account.

(b) Read a txt file and save content of txt file to a mdb.

(c) Read txt file once every second, and add data to mdb.

4. This is part of a bigger application, but this is what I want coded.
