Able to transfer data between devices (NFC tag to raspberry pi with NFC tag reader and to android phone)

Must be able to transfer data between devices Programme to be done in raspberry pi 1) when the NFC tag tap the (raspberry pi with NFC tag reader), it must be able to detect the information inside & able to transfer it. 2) when using android phone to tap the (raspberry pi with NFC tag reader), data from the NFC tag must be able to transfer to android phone.
