Build and design a webpage and mobile page

I need a webpage that when it is visited gives you 8 options.(icon buttons) It also needs to be in cell phone format as it will only be accessed by cell phone These 8 links need to store either a URL or contact information. the first 7 will be when you click on the option it opens up the URL on your cell phone. example: press option 1 which is facebook , opens up [login to view URL] because it has stored that in there previously. the 8th option - if you click on this it downloads the stored contact information onto your phone contacts. it will need ability to store all contact information as below: Name: Company: Phone: Mobile: Email: Address: Website: I would like the finished result , ie looks good to the user.
