Color Space (Model) Conversion

Very simple program that only converts the colors code from one color space to another. For example i will give the red color, the program will give me the red color's code number in RGB, CMY, CMYK, HSB, HSL, L*a*b* and LCH color spaces. C, VB or any simple programming language is suitable for me.
