Connecting Retail to users

In need of someone who can create a custom app (quickly!) Looking for someone who is very experienced in creating custom iPhone apps with a modern, clean, and unique look. This job needs to be completed quickly. Description: A mobile app that allows users to connect to stores, bars, and restaurants. Users will be able to sign in and find promotions from their local venues. Promotions can than be redeemed by users (maximum amount per store/ month).
