I am based in the uk and can get this done for you - I will design it using .NET 3.5 - I have done something similar for another project - it was for voting on a game - The way I can do it is so that you can first scrape for free proxies - The software will then change the proxy - go to the site - make a vote then navigate to another page - clear cookies - change proxies then go and vote again and loop through the process for how many times you like - I can even build a delay which can be set by you in seconds - this can be useful when you dont want to vote very quickly and raise flags- A few things that you will need to be aware of is that many free proxies will not be reliable so it will be important to forcast this - I have this covered though and can use IF commands - so IF a proxy is live then it will do it - if its dead then it will change to next proxy on list then try again. For the captcha - I can offer you a 2 way system - you can enter the captchas manually and I can also build in the api access with decaptcher so that it will be done automatically - For the zip code and other areas _ i can create the script with a user box where you will be able to enter a number of random zip codes - emails if required - DOB if required names and whatever else you require - I can do it so that it spins and chooses a random one each time. My bid will be $150 for the full software and of course unlimited updates - I will need to look at the urls to ensure its ok to code but am sure there will be no issues. I am based in the UK and quality will be guaranteed
