I own a check processing company and I’m interested in developing a check verification program that will run on the following cash registers:
NCR 2127, NCR ACS, NCR ACS IR, ISS45, BassPoint, ACR, Scanmaster 1 and 2
We recently had a program developed for the IBM Ace systems, and we would like to do the same on the systems above. There is a company called Midax, [url removed, login to view], that has a much more involved application that works on these systems and includes a check verification component, for your reference. The application would take the micr information from a check, amount of sale, and drivers license data and send to an external database for verification, and display the results to the cashier.
