Captcha bypass/Automated Buying process

I need a programmer to design me a system that will automatically search for tickets on [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for presales and public sales without me having to enter the amount of tickets, location, and the security word (REcaptcha). I want this program to have parameters that I can define, such as number of tickets wanted, and location. The key to the success of the ticket spinner is the ability to recognize and replicate the REcaptcha password with a high accuracy in order to secure the best tickets quickly. I need the Spinner to allow me to insert a URL for the program to run from and then for the program to pull tickets for me as soon as tickets go on sale through the [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] URL. I am willing to pay some pretty good money for this program if the designer will guarantee it working correctly and can offer full support of this working corrrectly for a long period of time.
