Automatic YouTube Video Upload

Hi, My project is this. i would like to buy a software, witch will upload the videos i choose automaticly. without me getting to upload the videos each and any one of them. i would like to buy a software, that reads : 1 - the video titels 2 - the video tags 3 - the video detail from a text file, if its one text file to all or one text file each is not much my concern. auto signup is not possible i know. so i will want that the software will read usernames and passwords from a text file and will auto login and upload. summary : software that reads usernames and password and after that autologin to youtube and then read video titels, tags and details, and uploads the videos i choose to upload. extra : 1 - if the software can make a repet for all users i write in and not one each time that will be perfect
