Bulk Emailing Services

Looking for someone to send bulk email campaigns for me. I have an attorney business list of about 30,000 emails. It was scraped of the internet. The list is pretty bad so if you have updated email lists of attorneys in the United States that would be good. The last time they used Interspire. I think with a good list it will work very well. Please let me know what you can do. If you can make it work out good I will rehire weekly. Thank You
