Bulk Email Marketing - up to 1,000,000

We need a provider that can provide Bulk emailing marketing. The provider must be experienced and be able to use USA Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers. Most of the emails are to US and UK. I need Provider who can e-mail up to 1,000,000 emails per week. Provider must be able to inbox and provide Reporting with Open Rates, Click Thru Rates, and other reporting as needed. Preferably, you should provide a control panel where we can verify results. If you have a smtp, we are happy to rent it and use our SendBlaster program.
