Hi there,
I am looking for somebody experienced to create professional 3D architecture computer renders of a modern container park. I would provide you with a 2D true-to-scale technical drawing of the building site including the exact measurements and arrangement of the containers in top-down view. The park consist of two different types of containers: 20 foot and 10 foot shipping containers stacked one above the other on two floors (infrastructural details follow).
Both containers have the same design. Based on picture material, you give the containers nice windows and doors in modern/functional, budget minimalist style; 20 foot containers have bunk beds; 10 foot containers have double beds. The second floor containers need stairs. (design details follow).
Views needed:
- Top down views according to the technical drawing overseeing the park from the air
- Dimensional views from one corner of the container park to the other
- View of one 20 foot container, outside and inside
- View of one 10 foot container, outside and inside
Requirements:
- The project is confidential and the documents will be emailed to your personal email address upon winning the bid.
- You need to agree to a written confidentiality/copyright agreement before you start working on the project (this is a security for you too).
- We set up realistic work-in-progress deadlines, and a completion deadline. For the work-in-progress deadlines you deliver a draft version for review and possible revisions. On project completion, you (1) deliver all computer renders for a final review and possible revisions before payment, and (2) you deliver the complete and operable production file of whatever software you used to complete the job. If all in good order I will pay you via PayPal or GAF immediately, but if it still requires some further details I will ask to recheck and you will deliver the final copy. I will then pay you immediately.
Depending on how we work together, there is the possibility for follow-up jobs.
