Convert PDF to DWG

I need that you redraw PDF drawings to AutoCad (dwg) file format preserving all scales. I don't need mesures,borders,texts or edge frames of the drawing. I only need drawing of the building (windows, doors, walls, etc...). I'll will use it in further 3D modelling. Currently I have 3 PDF files. Each one consist of the 5 pages. One floor plan and 4 elevations. Before accept the winner bidder I'll need to check his /her performance. So please upload in your message one of the elevations or floor plan I've attached.
