Blog writing for enterprise software company

..... We are looking for someone to write monthly blog posts about our our small enterprise software company and the trucking and transportation industry that we serve. If you can strike the write tone (spelling pun intended!) and you know how to do a bit of online research, we'll likely have additional writing opportunities such as white papers and that sort of thing. Our primary audience is US & Canada trucking companies and the technology companies that serve them and it is imperative that your writing be for that audience. If you can alter your style and write a bit of UK and Australian market then that would be a plus. To give you an example of the type of blog posts we are looking for let me offer the following sample assignment: "200 words on the costs of hiring & training new truck drivers and the fact that with 100% annual job turnover (ie. on average drivers last 12 months on the job) it is important that driver technology be intuitive so that driver training be cost effective" (i.e. you don't want to spend a lot of money training a new driver to use some special software if he is likely to quit in next 12 months).
