CentOS 6.5 Vagrant box with LAMP already installed

Need a CentOS6.5 Vagrant box with LAMP and other configs already installed, so I can edit as needed and do a vagrant up and have a LAMP box running.

Will use VirtualBox as the Virtual Machine, it would be nice if it worked on VMware player, but that is not critical.

Similar setup to: [url removed, login to view]

I tried using CentOS 6.4 x64 on this site, but could not get it working. Was able to get Ubuntu working, but I need to mimic the production server CentOS6.5

Requiremnts in vagrant file:

Local VM IP Address: [url removed, login to view]

Local VM Memory: 1024

Local VM Forwarded Ports

Host Port: 6371

Box Port: 22

Box Sync Folder Source: c:/dev/vagrantcentos65/webroot

Box Sync Folder Target: /var/www

Shared Folder Type: Default ??

Installed Packages: vim-common

Server Extensions: Install MailCatcher Port 1080

Webserver Apache2

Apache Modules: php, rewrite, ssl, (do I need the vhost_alias module?)

Apache Virtual Host

server alias: [url removed, login to view]

document root: /var/www/dsscentos65

port:80

environment variables: APP_ENV dev (help on selection is appreciated)

allowoverride: All

I will need help with the configuration and I'd like to learn how to customize this install via the vagrant file, so please keep that in mind while bidding. I'd like you to break the price down for the box setup, and then tell me how much time you will help me with configuration questions.

Recommendations come highly appreciated.
