Create a whiteboard Animation/ Kinetic typography

Hey guys, we need an animation to be synchronized with our voiceover and emphasize the most important phrases. We prefer a typography type animation, so just text or alternatively a simple whiteboard animation. We have a colour palette that we would like to be used in the animation so it corresponds with our product, please find attached. The script is also attached.
