I'm looking for a fantastic animator to bring to life 2 digital banners.
I have the designs done, with story boards and all the vector artwork prepared, ready to animate. The animation should be playful and a little comical.
The file output from the flash needs to be in movie format.
Media files should be sized to screen resolution dimensions below: 506 px (w) x 1,168 px (h)
File format is MPEG-4/H.264 AVC at 20Mbps.
Frame rate for all media is 25 as per PAL standard.
Duration is 15 seconds
I need the flash file incase of edits.

Sounds fun. Since your final output is an .mp4 - you are better off creating this with After Effects instead of Flash. I can do either. Will you be scaling up the size in the future? Are there any 3D objects? Any fa Más
