charactor design

I have a script i have been working on called the eastsiders, which is a story of a group of Christians that live in Seattle, Washington. I need the characters to be all animals, but they need to "look" like the real picture of each person I am duplicating. So they are animals, but they also wear clothes, etc, and walk upright. Each one has it's own personality. I need assistance putting together the first episode so I can get funded for the series. Once I am funded, my team will be well paid. Very well paid. I know that you hear this allot, promises, but honestly its in the bag, NBC just needs the 60 second intro, and the first season by March 1st, 2011. It must be HDTV ready. I could have went to New York and used people that I know, that are pro's and do other series on TV but I received an idea that if I could find someone overseas, it could bring a whole new perspective. The simpsons is actually Indian animators, and the producer moved all of them to New York. So to start, I need to make all of the charactors first. I need to supply the artist with pictures of all the characters in real life, and you need to make them into the animals that I will tell you about, and each one the personality, etc.... Similar cartoons are the Simpson, family guy, etc.... I would like examples and links of ANIMATED CARTOONS to look at to decide who to hire. If I get the contract, you will be well paid for each show we deliver, so I need to find the right people. So what I need exactly is to start by character design. I want to you to design one character at a time. Ill pay 125.00 per character. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform TV
