AE animator for subtitles and VO timing

I am looking for a Freelancer who can make subtitles in either of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Italian, or timing of voiceover in Spanish and French The animator will have to add subtitles(voiceover) to already made animation (in English) and time them accordingly. All files needed will be provided. The translation of the text
s in the appropriate language will also be included. Therefore, you do not need to translate anything but simply time the text(voice) to the animation. Also some details about the subtitles will be added to avoid mistakes(like font, length of a raw and etc.) This job will not take more then 3 hours...so easy money :)
