Upload my application on google play store using dev account

I have one of my client app that is quite expensive. He want to upload it on google play store but instead of creating new developer account, he wants to hire someone who is having a mature developer account i.e. having at least one app already published from that account. You can use that application in your portfolio for reference part as your own work as my client is more interested in downloads part. So, we are going to provide you description, icons, screenshots and apk file. You only have to upload it on google play using your dev account. It hardly takes 10 -15 mins after its uploaded you can send me live link of apps and we can end the project. Please include your developer profile link in your bid so i can check it whether its mature account or not. Our budget is $20 for this project with 2 updates free of cost after then new updated we are ready to price for $5 everytime.
