I would like to know how the other part is encrypted and a way to decrypt it, as well as how to generate the nOnce. I believe the encryption is done using the nonce value and a private key that is negotiated in the initial SSL connect (but I'm not sure).
It is easy to capture packets. Basically download BlueStacks and install this game, and start capturing packets.
