Android taking square images and recording videos using ffmpeg

I want to build the same camera as instagram did were you can take square images and record images using ffmpeg. Please use an library were we also can adjust commands or add new ones (String [] ). I also want the pick gallery layout like instagram, where your pictures were loaded into an gridview. Is there anyone who could make this? Requirments: - Taken photo pictures (custom camera) must be square and build from api 15 till 23, max size 500 kb. - Taken videos must be build with ffmpeg and the duration must be max 10 seconds. Also option to add self commands or adjust them. - Pick image from gallery like instagram also funcionality were you can stretch the image.
