I need someone who is good in web development and mobile app development. You must have good web design skills. I can choose newbie freelancer. If you are a company don't bid. I need individual programmer. You must have good software engineering knowledge. I will take interview personally to every potential candidate. this is best job for people who is working in company and also for skilled people who have not gotten a single chance to get any project. It will be your great starting point. Only serious and indian programmer are eligible. Greedy pigs are not allowed to bid in my project. I am planing to spend 18000 INR for this project. but my all requirement will be fulfilled.
