Android App for Basic Communication

This project is to create a mobile app to do these things:

1. Send messages over internet to those who have account

2. Send text messages to those who dont have the account

3. Ability to form groups by the account holders

4. Ability to search the existing groups and request to join a desired group

5. Public bulletin to post messages
