Set up cloud hosting on Amazon AWS

We require cloud hosting to be set up on Amazon AWS by a skilled, experienced and trustworthy provider.
We will only select a provider who is doing the required task himself, not outsourcing or with a "team". We require the successful bidder to be the direct provider. No exceptions.
We are currently hosting on a dedicated server which has these specs: Cpu: 4 core 8 threads, RAM: 16 GB, HDD: 1TB, Centos 7 with latest php and apache. We would need the same capacities for the cloud hosting to be set-up under this project.
Payment: We will pay 100% upon delivery of the work in the format specified. NOTE: We do not set "milestones" or escrow for any provider whose ratings/reviews are lower than ours. Look at our track record, we have completed many projects and have excellent reviews. Make sure you consider these payment terms before bidding.
