AWS Accounts with increase instance limit

Hi, We have a number of customers that running complex analytically, statistical, and big data modelling, and financial predictions using AWS GPU Instances pooled together to use resources. We have a requirement for 20 AWS accounts with instance limits of 50 G2 normal instances (not spot instances) If you already have 20 AWS accounts with instance limits to 50increased that would be easiest. We need you to create the AWS accounts using our email addresses (we have 20 email accounts for each 20 accounts) Once signed up, you need to submit tickets to AWS to request for the instance increased. Problem is they take some time to reply, about 1 week or so. The thing in this is time waiting for AWS. I can provide the explanation for the instance limit increase.
