Dear Sir/Madam, I am an expert in 3CX System having worked with 3CX LTD for 3 years. My role there was a lead support technician, tester and trainer. As you can imagine setting up any PBX system is not a simple task and when introducing cloud services it might come be a little bit more difficult unless you have full knowledge of the custom parameters.
