Must convert a 225-page book from Adobe InDesign CS4 (or whatever output you need that I can generate from it) to Amazon Kindle .mobi format, keeping most formatting, type style, and graphics intact. There are about five graphics in the book, plus hyperlinks.

It's pretty much a typical ebook without many surprises, except a few chapters have a lot of endnotes.

We do need a very quick turnaround.
