Automate After Effect text change from commandline

Hi, I have an AE project that has text and images. The goal of this work is to change the text and image path in the project and render it to create a video file WITHOUT EVER OPENING AE. I will have text file that list all the text substitution and image path. To put what work completed means in bullet point 1. Given a CS6 AE project file that has Text and Images 2. Do something to change text "Album Memories 01" to "My new name" and "Album Memories 02" to "My new name2" and so on... I will give you a text file named [login to view URL] that has Album Memories 01 My new name Album Memories 02 My new name2 3. Change image path in the project file to something else. So If i wanted to change c:\mypicture\[login to view URL] to c:\pictureFromLastYear\[login to view URL] I will give you a text file named "[login to view URL]" that has c:\mypicture\[login to view URL] c:\pictureFromLastYear\[login to view URL] 4. The [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] can have any # of lines. Each group is separated by an empty space 5. Run [login to view URL] to render the project without a problem and with all changes applied. It is important that the text can be changed to Korean. For testing, I wlll send you [login to view URL] with characters like "????????" NewText and NewImage will be in the same folder that the project file is. The path should not be hard coded as I will be moving project to many folders. This has to work in CS6 AE. I don't care if you use expression, script or your own application as long as it works and does not require buying a separate script and does not require opening AE manually. The point is full automation end to end. Once your bid is accepted, I will send you my project file.
