Contact every website owner from a database of 20,000 websites

I have 20,000 websites that I need to send a generic message to either by an email address on their website or through their contact form. To verify that you have contacted each website, I will require a screen capture of the online form of the website with it filled out (before clicking the submit button) or be BCC'd on the email if an email is sent out. I also require the excel spreadsheet file I send you that contains the 20,000 websites to have the following filled out next to the website column: 1. method of contact (either email or form) 2. url of the contact page (if it is a form) OR email address for the website (if it is an email address) 3. if the website is in english or not english. (Yes/No) Depending on how well you perform this task, I will then give you another 20,000 websites to do at the same rate.
