Add PHP features to existing PHP website

The features we would like to add are (brief description): 1. Add a music player on artists pages and stream music through it. We want this to be a feature that only our paying members can get on their page. But to also make it optional for members to choose if an mp3 can be downloaded, for 89p. 2. Allow customers to Customise their pages more, like myspace. Allow them to have more freedom to add new layouts, colour changes etc. 3. Include a "buddy's list" that lets customers know when their friends are online. Like a friend request. 4. Pod casting facility, add a section where we can add pod casts to the website. 5. A music video page where artists can upload music videos onto a "music videos page". So the process will again be only available to members that pay, this will allow them to upload 3 videos in their members area. The videos to be displayed on a videos page, where people can rate the videos. 6. Add an awards system that gives artists awards for different achievements ( eg 1000 DL's) and put it on their profile page. This will be a whole new addition to the artists profile, for example at the moment they have an “overall rating” from their songs. Well this addition would be awards, then small images of the different awards would be shown, click on these to be taken what the award was for. 7. Create an online shop to sell CD’s and merchandise. This would involve the bands sending us the merchandise and us selling it on their behalf, so they have to save, print a n agreement. Then on their band page they have their own shop. 8. Create an online message system that will allow members to send and receive messages to each other, so they can have a inbox etc in the main site, not through the forums. 9. Upgrade a radio player. 10. The ability for us to add more static pages, like explanations of how to create your band page etc, from start to finish. 11. Change photo layouts. So each member / band has their own gallery.
