The government has produced a report called “Ending Gang and Youth Violence: A Cross-Government Report including further evidence and good practice case studies” in 2011. This report should give you the background about issues surrounding Gang and Youth Violence in the UK, the stakeholders and their concerns. Your tasks (50% each): 1. Based on the report, draw a causal loop diagram that provides a holistic view of factors influencing gang and youth violence in the UK. The diagram should capture the key performance indicators (KPIs) needed to measure whether the concerns of various stakeholders have been addressed properly. You can add additional variables as needed to make your diagram easier to understand. 2. a) Explain and justify the variables that are used in the diagram (and if necessary, explain and justify variables that you have deliberately excluded from the diagram).
