Add Payment Processing and Extend Current Programming

I have built a clone of [login to view URL] for my client, with additional features. The most prominent of these features is instead of single level of certificate, we are offering 6 levels of certificates. Please familiarize yourself with Goldline's video on their home page to see how the system works. The site is built in Classic ASP, based on a Windows platform, uses Microsoft SQL Server and currently uses Paypal for all payment processing. The site will be launched first in Brazil, so I need the following items done to the site by a programmer: 1. Replace the current Paypal coding with a Brazilian payment system called EvoxPag. Coding samples for EvoxPag can be found at [login to view URL] and also [login to view URL] (use Google Chrome to translate the Portuguese on the EvoxPag web site) 2. Program the distribution of funds for various transactions listed at [login to view URL] Most of the time, these fund distributions will be completed after a successful payment transaction is completed. A full site map and database diagram of the current system will be provided. A knowledge of the Portuguese language would help for this project as the EvoxPag payment processing system materials are in Portuguese.
