Configuration Error - Windows Hosting

Hi All, I have just recently set-up windows hosting with a company and via ftp created a folder in wwwroot and uploaded my published test files. I get these errors when I view the page // Configuration Error Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request.
