Asp.NET C# Developer (English + Turkish)

I am looking to hire a freelancer as a full time ASP.net/C# developer for me to do some regular tasks and will involve to my new projects. Required skills: - Min. 5 years of relevant experience and expert OO experience - OO, C# & .net framework 4 (Expert) - ASP.net and MVC3 (Expert) - Jquery and Css (Confirmed) - MS SQL server (Expert) - Entity Framework (Confirmed) - WCF & Web Services (Confirmed) Language Requirement: - English (fluent) and TURKISH (native) is must. - Dutch and French is plus. Competencies: - Quality and correctness of the code are of high importance. - As the business is complex, asking the right questions and confirmation is very important. - Being able to work autonomously is a must. - It is also expected to play an active role in finding solutions. - Although technical strength is most important, because of the tight deadlines, being able to make pragmatic decisions at the right time might also be required. - Experience with Agile methodology is plus.
