ASP project

This is the second time i am posting the job. The budget is around $50. The project details is given below...... I need some changes made to my website shop. You must be familiar with Cactushop v6. I need the following jobs completed. 1. Static Home page. This had been set up so I could modify the intro and change the photo on the homepage myself easily with no html knowlege. This does not currently work, I need you to fix it so I can start making the changes myself again. 2. 'About us' static page. I would like to change the text on this page myself whenever I want. Currently I cannot change it. 3. Add a 'join our mailing list and newsletter' option on the home page. I would like this set up so customers have the option to sign up for our mailing list and newsletter. I would like to be able to change the text on this myself. Every time a customer signs up for the mailing list, these email addresses need to be added to a list I can easily access. 4. Change the price display. Currently it is set up to show the price ex vat.I would like to display the full price on an item. I need it to be set up so that when the customer clicks on an item to see more details, the price breakdown is included to show the vat amount. I would also like to have an option on each item price to write in discounts. For example Price €99 ( was €150, not 20% off). This message should be able to be in any font or colour. 5. Shipping. I need to be able to change the messages on the static shipping page. Also at the moment, customers can only buy from one territory, even though at the back end I have set it up to ship to all territories. I need you to fix this so I can sell to all territories and change each of the shipping costs accordingly.
