classic asp

hi, I have a classic asp form page which produces a small list of names after getting this information from table in database with checkboxes. This form can be posted to processing page. This works. What I want now is that if one of these checkboxes is checked user get input text field with current value from db or text with no value yet. To give you an example there is value with email. When checked it should give current recordset value for email. User should be able to remove this value and when submitting this form update should take place for selected .
