c++ coder to fix Issues/ enhance web conference application

**c++/ ffmpeg/ c# expert for application enhancement.** Ours is a web conferencing application like w#ebex with similar interface and similar features built using asp.net and c#. We have our own video interactivity modules as well that includes encoder, viewer and media server built using vc++. We want you to benchmark following w#ebex features to make our application more easy to use and polished: 1) Echo/ noice cancellation similar to s#kype so that if some participants are on laptop mike and speakers, I don't hear my own voice back 2) Audio balancing like s#kype so that if some participant's audio is too low it is automatically adjustable to medium and if somebody's audio is too high, it is automatically reduced to medium. 3) Raise Hand functionality 4) Record Session functionality 5) Share screen functionality is there but, needs to be benchmarked to w#ebex 6) When in small thumbnail view of participants on certain machines, we see coloured lines in video view, when you make that participant full screen the coloured lines go away. you need to fix the thing so that coloured lines don't show up even in small view. Test scenario: - Load our web conferencing application on 10 computers. and load w#ebex on other 10 computers. - Focus above features and observe that features requested are more or less same on both applications.
