Development for Health IT Company

We need help modifying our existing software-as-a-service platform. We require a professional software development company to work with us on on-going projects largely with ASP, Java, and Ajax. All of these projects will be interwoven with our existing software development efforts. In selecting a software development company, we will make our decision along the following Must-Have, Important, and Very-Nice-To-Have Criteria: Must-Have Criteria: (1) Your company must be based in US, even if your workers are offshore. (2) We must have a non-discolusure agreement in place with you. (3) You must be able to support the product you produce after it is complete and have a separate price for development and for support. (4) You must provide the option of our receiving support with a response time of 24 hours. (5) You must have proficiency in ASP (not just ASP.Net)/ Java/ and Ajax. Important Criteria: (1) You should provide the option of our receiving support with a response time of 4 hours. (2) You should provide us the ability to coordinate with one Project Manager at your company throughout our relationship with you. (3) You should provide someone we can talk to about our project any time during US business hours. Very Nice-to-Have Criteria (but not essential): (1) It would be very nice for the coder to work during US business hours and not local business hours. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform varies
