ASP file manipulation script

This needs to be an **ASP script** and I am looking for someone to **have it done by 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday**. You are working with two different data sets; The first is a SQL server table: CREATE TABLE [dbo].[RejectRecords]( [OrderID] [int] NOT NULL) GO Then you have a text file called [login to view URL] In [login to view URL] each line will be a separate record and look something like this: <Package ID=''><MailClass>FIRST</MailClass><WeightOz>6.5</WeightOz><Services DeliveryConfirmation='OFF'/><ReferenceID>6583<ReferenceID/><ToName>John Doe</ToName><ToCompany></ToCompany><ToAddress1>123 Any St</ToAddress1><ToCity>Big City</ToCity><ToState>CA</ToState><ToPostalCode>94583</ToPostalCode><ToDeliveryPoint/><DateAdvance>1</DateAdvance><ToCarrierRoute/><ToReturnCode/><ToReturnCode/><Status/><PIC/><FinalPostage/><TransactionID>6583</TransactionID><TransactionDateTime/></Package> The file will have thousands of lines (up to about 4000) with each Package container on a new line. Your job is to walk through the data and create two new files. [login to view URL] and BadPostage.xml. You will need to evaluate each line of the XML file and look at the number inside the <ReferenceID> tag. In the example above it is 6583. Now, if 6583 is in the SQL RejectRecords table (as [login to view URL]) then this <Package> line should be moved to the BadPostage.xml. If 6583 is NOT in the table, then it should be in the [login to view URL] file. There may be records in RejectRecords table that do not exist anywhere in postage.xml. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP, SQL 2005
