I need someone able to 3d model a pack of 10-15 country-side European (German/Austrian) generic buildings, for a Unity mobile game.
The project needs to be analyzed and well thought so we can correctly establish the amount of work and payment. But here are some requirements for the project:
-all the buildings need to be on one texture atlas, sharing the texture as much as possible - so many of them will be similar but shaped different;
-the models need to be as low poly as possible;
-the models need LOD's;
-they need to overall be well optimized for a Unity mobile game.
Freelancer requirements:
-well 3d modelling skills;
-some knowledge of Unity game engine;
-experienced with mobile game optimization - from 3D modelling perspective (LOD's, texture sharing, polygon optimization, etc.);
-artistic eye.
This is one milestone of the many that will come along for this project. So the freelancer has the chance of a long term partnership.
IMPORTANT: The payment will be established with the freelancer, based on the estimated hours needed for the project, then set a fixed price milestone, that's why there is a big range of payment. I am looking for the best offers (/hour prices).
