Convert Blender 3D model to GLB format

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a Blender 3D model to GLB format.
I do not require any specific features or animations, just the model itself, with the correct material textures.
The file size doesn't matter to me, I am looking for high quality in the GLB model.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Blender and experience with Blender 2.8
- Knowledge of GLB format and the ability to convert models to this format
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality in the final GLB model
More details:
We intend to upload the GLB file for our Amazon listing. Please refer to Amazon's guidelines to ensure it meets their requirements (PDF attached).
Here are some tasks that need to be addressed:
* Currently, we are unable to add material and lighting to the GLB file. As a result, the output isn't realistic (refer to [login to view URL]). You'll notice that the "72 image asset" appears superior to the GLB file. Unfortunately, Amazon has discontinued the "72 image asset" service, so we must utilize the GLB file.
* Align the angle of the GLB file to match that of the "72 image asset."
* Ensure the scoop is depicted at its actual size; the length of the scoop should be approximately 21 cm.
* Adjust the metal color to closely resemble that of the "72 image asset."
* Please review our current Blender file for the Scoop (attached). You have the option to create it from scratch or modify our existing Blender file.
* Kindly provide us later with both the Blender file and the GLB file. Ensure that the Blender file includes materials or settings so that we can make adjustments if necessary.
* Blender file: Keep in mind that we have color variants of the product. Therefore, please ensure that we can later change the color of the scoop handle to generate another GLB file in a different color.
