Also, since 2000 I am teaching Physics, Math, and Programming (mostly to Greek students) of every level up to the University level. I am currently reading Knuth’s books (The TeXBook), and I enjoy learning even more things on Programming and Typesetting from the Best of the Bests :). I was among the top Members of the forum TeX.StackExchange.com (about LaTeX Programming) over the past four years by helping people (even advanced LaTeX users) solve problems on LaTeX typesetting. I have been awarded twice from the Hellenic Mathematical Society as a student. Skills: ✅ (XE)LaTeX ✅ Physics (BSc by University of Crete) ✅ Math (University) ✅ Programming (Qt/C++/PyQt/C/Fortran & Python) ✅ English (Advanced -certified from Hellenic American Union-) You should know: • LaTeX (and all TeX family of programs) is Programming. If you need anything, then a standard TeX/LaTeX output, you should consider hiring a LaTeX developer than a LaTeX editor. (Well ... I am one ツ) • Finalization is an important part of a LaTeX document. It could even take as much time as the creation of the rest of the code. But if the template is well designed, it saves so much time that it can be done in minutes. • If you want to convert a Word document into LaTeX, the cheaper and the recommended way is even to start writing in LaTeX with a plain format, even write in Word in a clear structure before you ask for conversion. • Good communication before and during the project solves many problems and saves us valuable time. Just check what I can do for you. I'm a programmer. I studied in an American college, I speak, write and generally communicate in English perfectly. I have worked for many computer companies and I have my own company since 2003. I write programs, that can read the data from websites or files -eg excel, access, text etc- and produce the exact output you want. Once I write the code the only thing I have to do is press a button and wait for the data to be collected or modified. This is much faster that manually entering data and it prevents errors done from copy-paste. Since I write the code only once, I can parse any number of records without extra cost. The only thing you pay for is the code. Once the program is ready I can parse unlimited number of records. Also if you want to do the same job at the future, eg scan again a website for changes, or want additional data, I can run the code again without having to create it. menos
