I have always been passionate about helping solve their problems, and throughout my career this has taken multiple shapes and forms. Today, I am choosing to pivot to work remotely as a customer service agent because it will give me the greatest flexibility to achieve my personal goals while exploring multiple other avenues. I have worked in a leadership position within the culinary industry as a shift supervisor, ensuring that employees shifts are covered at all times so that the business can serve clients without disruptions. My responsibilities included coordinating shift schedules, ensuring inventory management and giving daily reports to the management team on different needs and issues. Doing internships sharpen my skills and allowed me to gain different experiences. I intern at the Eastern Central Caribbean Bank (ECCB), Dominica Red Cross, Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH), Dominica Youth Council, etc. These areas lead me to gain skills such as, customer service, teamwork, typing, creative think, critical thinking, multitasking, time management, Microsoft office (excel,power point, word,access), video editing to name a few. At higher school I did french and science subjects along with Mathematics and English. This paved the way in my decision to enroll in nursing which I recently graduated from College with an Associate in Biology and a Bachelor in Nursing.
