I have five jpeg images that have had overlay text and text box added on top of the original photo. We have lost the original photos, so I'd like to have the text scrubbed from the images. The resulting image should look clean and unaltered, as much as possible.

The five images are attached. We want to remove both the text and also the black, semi-transparent panel that the text sits within.
