I need a good design/"hero-image" for above the fold of a landing page.

I have someone developing an initial website to gauge interest from potential clients and attract early adopters. The website relates to crowdfunding, marketing, and affiliate marketing in particular. It is supposed to attract different kinds of people and organizations to collaborate on marketing and fundraising. The version in development is currently here: http://force.itgenious.co.in/

I liked pepperjam.com, but am open to other ideas/images. An image from getty images is acceptable if it fits well. I've also seen an image with a graph going up and a person looking at the sign-up button, which seemed a good idea too. Please, propose something good...

It's also important that the image should be good although the file size should be small so as not to slow down page load time

Clarification: the goal is not to show that the site is work in progress. rather, I was telling you where you could see the current work in progress. I'm looking for a design/image for using in the site when it actually goes live. It should give the message I'm trying to convey with the site... as I wrote before
