"Airbrush" photos to look like an ad from an American print ad from the 1950s - Examples uploaded!

We would like each employee's face and hair to be "airbrushed" to look like an American print ad from the 1950s. Or possibly an illustrator may be needed to do more of an illustration. Each headshot will need to be digitally cut-out from the background and then made to look like the style of the 1950s ads. I have uploaded some examples. Please note: there are 20 employees total! We need all 20 done within 3 days. You will see that we have uploaded three examples of 1950s ads and two employee photos. For your submission, please airbrush at least one employee photo to look like the 1950s print ads so we can see an example of your style.

Another important aspect of this project is that for the final images, you will be adding Christmas accessories such as Santa Claus hats and elf hats.

Do you want it in black & white or color? And do you want full body or just head separate from the photos?

  Please spend the time focused on the head and shoulders. Since there is such little time left before the contest is over, please do not worry about separating the background. In color please, like the examples of the other 1950s ads. Thank you!
