I need a talented logo designer to create a modern, simple logo for my business consulting company, Pragmatic Business Services.

- The logo should primarily be single or two-colored, preferably in black or other color.
- Incorporation of the letter 'P' is desired.
- The style should be a pictorial mark.

Ideal candidates will have abundant experience in logo design, particularly within the business consulting industry. Familiarity with modern, minimalistic design principles and the capability to create an impactful pictorial mark is crucial for this project.
