I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create an engaging flyer that stands out and appeals to fashion-conscious women aged 30-60. Here is what I'm looking for:

- **Brochure Style**: Colorful? - playful - sophisticated to match the audience's tastes but must have a connection with the boutiques existing corporate branding
- **Target Audience**: Our existing customers who are Fashion-forward women in their thirties to sixties.
- **Design Elements**: We like to be out there!!! - "The wow classy look" but no try hard here. A look with definition so don't hesitate to expand outside our current corporate look with pictures and/or colour, so don't hesitate to use vibrant colours and incorporate playful, chic graphics while maintaining elegance.

**Skills and Experience Needed**:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Portfolio showcasing previous brochure designs, especially with a colorful and creative aesthetic.
- Understanding of branding and fashion industry marketing.
- Ability to understand target demographics for visual appeal.

**Final Deliverable**:
- Print-ready flyer design, including source files for future edits.
- Flyer must be formatted to be sent via SMS or email and can be posted on social media.
