This is a contest that will lead to a project to complete an additional 5 illustrations for a children's book. The story follows two pixies that are attached to a lamp during the day, but dance together at night. One breaks their magic slipper and the other one must go on a magic adventure to ask a fairy in the stars for a new set of slippers for her friend.

The contest image will be part of the 6 total color images for the book. It is of the main character caught in a strong wind and blowing away.

This pixie should look fairy like, but have NO wings. She should be wearing a pink dancing costume (down to the knees), long blonde hair, pointed ears and be wearing slippers. The scene will include a bonnet that has blown off her head and out of reach. The back ground to the pixie being blown in the air should be stars, with No ground visible, as if in space.

The other 5 images will contain this character and 3 other fairy like characters. I will pay $100/image to the winner of this contest. The images will center on the characters and very little background needs to be illustrated to keep it simple.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE YOUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND FIT THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE. Also must be full color and in PNG or another format for print.

The attached images show what a bonnet looks like, it also has a fairy image to show what she could look like (no wings). The third image is to show what the dancing costume could look like, but be shorter, to the knees. The outfit doesn't need to look like that, but it could look a bit more formal like that.
